Terms of use

1. The service

DokuSolver prepares documents - tenth lining, page numbering, bundling and conversion. You remain responsible for checking every document before you file or serve it.

2. Paying per document

The price is shown before you pay and is based on the page count. Payment by M-Pesa releases the download. Paid documents can be downloaded again for 7 days from the Recover a Download page.

3. Passes

An Advocate or Firm pass runs for the number of days shown when you buy it and includes the pages shown. Unused pages and days do not carry over. Renewing before a pass ends adds the new period after the current one. A pass is for the people named on it: an account may be signed in on a limited number of devices at once, and signing in on another device ends the oldest session. Firm "unlimited" passes are subject to fair use.

4. Refunds

If a payment is taken and the document or pass is not delivered, contact us through the feedback page with your M-Pesa receipt number and we will deliver it or refund you. [Steve: complete the refund policy.]
