OCR: Make PDF Searchable

Reads a scanned PDF and lays an invisible text layer over every page. The pages look exactly as scanned, but you can now search them with Ctrl+F, select text and copy it out.

Any page count. Typed pages that already have text are left as they are.

The scan itself is not altered, re-compressed or blurred — the text sits invisibly behind it.

Tenth lining a scanned record? It already reads scanned pages on its own; OCR first only if you also want the record searchable.
